Return & Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
At Planters and Panels, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, the item must be in the same unused condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Also, proof of purchase is required. Returns will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the package.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@plantersandpanels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns should be sent to: 6236 205 Street, Langley City BC V2Y 1N7, Canada. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and hazardous materials. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to first return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you receive your desired item as quickly as possible before the exchange process is completed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven’t received the refund, please contact us at info@plantersandpanels.com.
